i've been noticing something, each of our series have a bad main character which is each of our main problems. except decade actually has a reason

What the fuck. Decade just up and kills Rook (Ignoring the fact that he can kill Rook in the first place) and doesn't get called out on it? They're not just monsters in this universe. They live alongside humans in coexistence. Why wasn't Decade punished for his actions? He essentially killed a cop who was chasing a criminal because the criminal was a pretty lady.
