They seem to of glued that Shogun crest piece on, though you could probably just rip it off. I want it, just to display it with Cyclone Joker

Apperently the blue ranger was seen at the toy fair as a repainted shogun ranger. Your idea isnt that far off.

Speaking of this, Green's the only shogun mode we haven't seen as of yet
