So what exactly are the Shocker Riders? All I know about them is that they are just the costumes of Ichigo/Nigo with different colored gloves, scarves, and boots. Who are they? What episodes do they appear in? Are there 6 or 12? Are they like the NejiRangers in MegaRanger? Or are they returned to normal?

The original tokusatsu Shocker Riders were 6 cyborgs made by Gel-Shocker to fight Kamen Rider 1 and Kamen Rider 2. They first stat to appear towards the end of the show, episode 91. Eventually all 6 of them are destroyed by the two heroic Riders. There's a reboot version of them as well from the movies, but I am not familiar with them. The manga had 12 of them, I know that, but I have not read that part of the manga.

Yes they were. The 12 Shocker Riders from the manga were where Kamen Rider 2 came from (he was one of them, but got his memories restored and turned face). They were the device used to swap out Takeshi Hongo for Hayato Ichimonji in the manga.

So essentially, to be manga accurate, one would need 11 Shocker Riders, correct? Anyway, are the episodes featuring them available to download raw? Obviously KIT is no where near the end, and at the rate they are moving, it will be 7 years before they even get to that point. |

All of the manga Shocker Riders look exactly like Kamen Rider 2, as well. As far as Raws I am almost certain that Raws exist for all of the original Kamen Rider, but I do not have them. I seem to recall them being available, though.
