On another note, since I've past the halfway point, I guess I should decide if I'm going to finish Agito or move on to another series next. I'm thinking Kiva or Kuuga.

Been watching Wizard, up to episode 20. Phoenix was a damn Florist. I did not see that coming. But I do see now, completely, what people meant by the Driver ruins scenes. He shows up in the warehouse, Rinko is laying there and almost dead, Phoenix is daring him to attack.. and Shaboodbie Touch to Henshin.

No, when Deneb went to the courage test and got scared, making Yuuto think there was real danger.

Though episode 30 has resolved that and once again proven that Zeronos and Denb are awesome. Though unfortunately, that's all it did. I really hope we weren't supposed to feel for the big blue bird's contract holder, though. He selfishly quits his job to do fireworks of all the useless things, leaves his wife and newborn baby (only after throwing a fucking table at them I might add) while yammering about how "women don't understand men's dreams' or some bullshit, never even admits he's wrong, then get's his way at the end along with happily-ever-afetr music? Bullshit, I was hoping the scumbag got done in. The reunion between Deneb and Yuuto aside that was one of my least favourite episodes. And it doesn't stop there.

Also I'm kind of not finding Climax form as cool as I thought. I kind of wish Ninja Turtle's head piece, like, had the blades fold together to give a bit more symmetry with Kintaros, since I like the idea of the visors as armour, but the way they all control different parts of the body is... off-putting. And the man of the hour, good ol' Raffle Ticket, is really... he's kind of reminding me of how Eiji almost felt around the middle-end (end-middle?) of OOO. He's completely irrelevant. He's just the meatsack for all the more interesting, more capable characters to puppet. I like Den-O as a rider, but the poor boy's just not a factor at all. I think this is where, having watched W first, I feel like I handicapped myself going backwards. W took the "multiple personalities" thing and really made it worth it. The two characters were in-sync but still contrasted and butted heads often. Den-O almost totally ignores the contrasting personalities part by having Rollerskates have absolutely no power or sayas the rider, save far too few exceptions. Once he's posessed he just takes a nap I guess. He's hands down the most boring character and I find his continued lack of doing a fucking thing worth a spit is really hurting this show for me. And he's just so whiney.

I've never had a show put me off after just one bad episode, but between the WTFisity of 29 and the building frustration showcased by 30, I'm probably the closest I've ever been. I hope 31 turns this around.

Yeah, Ryotaro becomes really irrelevant mid series.

He'll become more relevant in a few episodes though, when he gets Liner Form and starts having to fight on his own without being posessed.

Not reading the spoiler, but I'm glad it's not permanent. Nothing against RageoftheDinobots, in fact I quite like him, that's why I'm bummed he's so underdeveleoped.

Also, onto episode 33: Welp, Hana's gone. It really stinks that not only is she now a child and now 50% less awesome (seriously she was like my favourite character) she didn't even get a good sendoff. She was completely absent for the last two eps and had a bit part before that. I heard she left due to illness, so that explains it. Still kind of a bummer.

Onto my next favourite character who's not Moe "Red Guy" Torboat, the explanation behind Yuuto's cards is both kinda cool and... nonsensical. I'm sure it'll be explained, but "Every time he uses one the memory of him dissapears from the minds of people he's met" is really weird and specific. It's almost, I dunno, like it exists as an explanation for Rambo's sister's loss of memory, rather than it being a more reasonable problem unrelated. Like maybe, I dunno, he lost his own memories and her memory loss was just good old mental scarring due to the traumatic way in which he passed away? Or something not so vague and complex. Also, I assume it'll be solved since the next episode on Youtube's thumbnails shows him in Altair form, so it will probably have equally a vague and yet somehow complex explanation. Though I'm glad because he hasn't used Vega form in a while and I like that form.

She didn't get a good send off because her actress decided to leave the show unexpectedly. Can't really blame the show for what one of it's actors unexpectedly did now can we? As I understand it there was a small accident on set in which she was was injured. Very minor. She opted to leave the show over it, claimed she might return, and then bailed completely over some other apparent personal issues.
