Okay, I misread the news story. I thought it said Rhett Fisher rejected the offer, not that Saban rejected him.

Eitherway, I'm sick of this casting drama. These are conflicts between an actor(s) and Saban. It's a business dispute. Either intentionally or unintentionally, the actors have dragged the fandom into it. The fandom has no place there because the fandom is uninformed on the details and will almost always side with the actor rather than the company. I have to dispute you on the emboldened point. Sometimes fans can make it better. Part of the reason Tommy Oliver lasted in Power Rangers for as long as he did was because fans kept pushing for his return. To say that we can only make it worse is a false statement.

As much as we talk about Saban like he's some sort of soulless demon, it must surely fill him with some kind of emotion to know that people still have enough passion for the franchise to still call out his bullshit, 20 years later.
