Just fine. I haven't noticed any issues with mine yet and I played around with him for a while yesterday. However I think it bears mentioning that the old Action Works Gavan figure is better than the figuarts. It had more accessories, more hands, and a dedicated base. This one has a few sets of hands, one laser blade (non-powered), and another laser blade with the slash effect. The action works figure came with 4 different laser blades in various modes. I'm probably just going to hunt down the vac-metal re-release of that figure that came out at Christmas.

I'm sorry to say that SHF is pretty underwhelming. It looks nice but they didn't do him justice

The Figuart is specifically based on the anime so no, it actually doesn't count. Please keep Sailor Moon and other non-live action figuarts discussion contained to the other SHF thread in General Discussion.

Didn't realize there were so many Figuarts...I honestly don't know where to begin my own collection. Thankfully, we have a checklist, and I made a blank version for anyone who wants it.

can boukenred really not look down? he has a neck joint but I cant get any downward movement out of it

why isnt the cartoon sailor moon toku? precure is considered toku isnt it?

No it isn't. Tokusatsu specifically refers to something that is live action. It can't be toku if it's animated. Bandai just happens to make SH Figuarts for Precure as well because it's a big seller.

This topic is not up for debate or discussion. There is already more than sufficient discussion on Sailor Moon in our Non-Toku Figuarts thread. Want to talk about her, you go there. The SHF is not depicting the live-action tokusatsu version of the character and therefore does not go here, unlike Hana who is unequivocally a tokusatsu character despite her face.

Mandrake just had him for 3500Y the other day. They have had Shadow Moon a lot recently for about 6000Y.

BTW, is it just me, or are the Go-Busters started to flood Mandrake on epic proportions?
