Genuinely not sure who to vote.

Billy was a great ranger and with tech smarts that are probably unrivaled. His fighting prowess is weaker than most, but he certainly evolved into a much more capable fighter.

Flynn on the other hand probably isn't as much of a wizard when it comes to random gizmos as Billy, but certainly no pushover in that department too. Plus he has much more experience as a fighter and saving lives without his powers.

Flynn is also Scottish (even if his actor isn't). I kind of feel obligated to vote for possibly the only British Power Ranger.

Billy. Like I asked matchup this is not "X vs X" this is "who is better for the team X or X" and while Flynn may beat Billy if they went one on one I think Billy is the better choice for the team

Also Billy has illusion techniques from being a ninja.

Billy is better for the team, because of his intelligence and could also help teach the ninja skills too.

Nothing against Flynn (RPM had some of the best rangers.) However if Billy could make the tech and work on the side like Zeo for the team (Is that even an option) Then Flynn should be the pick. (Because honestly both should make it)

THIS! Very true. they both deserve a spot but if I can only pick one it has to be billy his skill set just seems so much rarer

He just built random crap from time to time that was only used once.

It's been awhile since I've watched MMPR/Zeo so nostalgia may have skewed my memories a bit.

Regardless, I think I'm going to go with Flynn on this one. Billy would be a good mentor, but a 40 year old guy past his prime wouldn't make the best fighter.

Perfectly honest I need to watch more of RPM because I don't think I caught a lot of the awesome Flynn moments.
