In fact its my personal canon that the zords and tech are originally from ninjor. the coins in their morphers reinforced this point for me

much as the transforners have the 13 i see the same of power rangers and that much in the universe originated from the likes of zordon, ninjor, sentinel knight, auric, and animus(the embodiment of zords and the first megazord)
