By guess is they never kept the original and had to whip something up quick for the Legend War. Much like in Dino Thunder when they needed Zeo Red, MMPR Green, and MMPR White Rangers again.

Are we? Cause if they want someone to voice it, I know a certain VA who happens to be voicing a certain little bronze bird in a Gokaiger fandub
