G Gundam is... different. Imagine if Street Fighter and a Gundam had a body, and then fed it the same mushrooms that the designers took before making Katamari Damachi.

It's a three episode OVA that's set during the events of SEED Destiny, only it has a much better animation budget and better writers. The only complaint I have with it is that it's way too short.

I would watch SEED, then SEED Destiny. Because both are awesome. Then go for it! G Gundam is a really good watch... just be careful of the weirdness.
