Nick is Mystic Force Red, Mack is Operation Overdrive Red. There are lots of other great examples from SPD, Sky's whole character arc and backstory for example. He was an awesome Ranger.

Hell, if not for Time Force, I'd say Saban really had no right making Power Rangers (In Space gets rave reviews, but I'm gonna have to rewatch it to see if it holds up, which is after Zeo, which is after Wild Force...Which is taking all my energy to get through...Ugh :S)*

*While I'll defend Turbo, I'm not oblivious to it's issues and I know it's fundamentally flawed.

I'd agree with you there Matrix, Lightspeed and Time Force are the only seasons that Saban did that are worth a damn. I've also got Turbo in place to watch again at some point as well.

Lightspeed is also another season I seriously have to rewatch. I might sneak it in between Zeo and In Space.

Turbo isn't a super amazing series, but it holds a special place in my heart and, while it does have a boatload of issues, I think it gets an unfair rep because fan favorites JDF and Bosch were cut from the show.
I don't recommend rewatching it and expecting a hidden gem. I recommend rewatching it because many a fan gave their judgment a decade ago and never looked back.

Kinda late to the party, but from what I understand the Mega mode in Samurai, was in part responsibility of Bandai, who at the time was unsure if Shinkenger was gonna get adapted or not, but not wanting to lose one of their most profitable brands made new figures based around Shinkenger designs, but not necesarily representing them.

So even if there was no series adapted they could still release something.

Or maybe I'm crazy and nobody ever said that.

Okay, so I just finished Samurai and where do I go on Netflix to watch Clash of the Red Rangers? It isn't listed under Samurai or Super Samurai.

No, Ninja Storm sucked. Mystic Force sucked. OO sucked. The two episodes I saw of JF sucked. SPD was average. DinoThunder is the only Disney era series that did not suck, but it was still heavily flawed. As such, I don't remember any of the character's names from those series outside of Cam and Lothor, who were both from NS. I think one of the characters from MF was named Udonna or something, but that is because I recently watched Linkara's review of the show. SPD and DT are the only ones with characters and names I remember.

BTW, with me just finishing Samurai, I will say it has easily trumped all of the Disney seasons I listed about that sucked.

We clearly come from parallel dimensions because I thought Dino Thunder was a Disney low point. And Ninja Storm and Mystic Force were some of the high points. That said OO did suck and SPD sucked minus for Sky.
