When activated it silences all belt sounds from the WizarDriver forever. But keeps the awesome Beast ones which are awesome.

I am fine personally when the bekt starts doing its thung in the middle of a dramatic scene.

And not all sounds are bad. Fourze's Countdown actually helped dramatic scenes. So did OOO and W's, even Decade's helped more than Wizard's.
