Recent Purchases August 2013 Edition

Just got my Dragon Ranger in today and man he looks awesome. I was on the fence whether or not to get the japanese release or the mmpr release but i wanted the akibaranger pieces to go with him. He marks #3 of figuarts i own now. Oh man the possibility's. Also i found that Ultron beside him so maybe i should have a pic of them fighting.

Sailor Moon is just wow. She is undisputedly the best Figuarts ever. So much work has gone into her, she looks amazing no matter what you do with her and they were really generous with her accessories (including a special stand that wasn't mentioned in any advertisements or the box) and she's just perfect.
Still got Minipla SpinoDaioh, DX Timerobo and Figuarts Gosei Knight on the way.

I have been tempted to buy the Skylanders games for the last few months, haven't yet, but anticipating my eventual doing so, I started picking up a few figs the last couple of weeks.

Found Movie Masters Zod and Faora on clearance at Walmart, so I picked up Supes and Jor-El at another store (not clearance, unfortunately).

Not sure how I feel about these. I sold off most of my Batman Movie Masters earlier this year, so it's quite possible these will make their way to eBay in the future as well.

Speaking of clearances, found a Walmart with a bunch of toys on clearance, and signs everywhere saying an additional 50% would be taken off the clearance sticker price. So I bought a bunch of shit.

can't say no to a second Sentinel for $20 (and a sweet, matte black Lamborghini Murcielago - not clearance)

I've been contemplating buying World of Warcraft MegaBloks for months, ever since i saw the set with the Lich King/Undead Dragon. Finding it on clearance for $12.50 I couldn't say no to it, or every other set they had.

Big dragon castle set for $35!

And finally, I paid my cousin for an SDCC mini bust he picked up for me a year or two ago, and it's finally mine!

It left Denver yesterday, which makes me think it could arrive tomorrow, but the tracking has projected Saturday the entire time. You went Parcel Select right? It's cool, I can wait. Gives me something exciting to look forward to, after slaving away with house chores all day (man, I hate Saturdays).

hope she likes it. I got both versions, but hadn't bought or played with a Revoltech since getting into Figuarts, and it was pretty disappointing in comparison. I recently sold them both on eBay.
