Am I correct in thinking the only SHF figures with Akibaranger pieces (besides the AR characters themselves, obviously) are the Tyranno Ranger, Dragon Ranger, and Ryu Ranger?

Nope.

Bouken Red, Deka red and Red Hawk come with the inordinate cannon pieces.

Tyranno, Dragon, Ryu (and Hurricane) do come with Akibaranger pieces, just not their inordinate powers. Tyranno/Dragon come with their "Powerful Ranger" costume, Ryuranger comes with his "ChinaRed" helmet and Hurricanered comes with his "Shurikenger vest".
But to get all 6 inordinate Powers you need Red Hawk, DekaRed, BoukenRed, AkibaYellow Season Tsu and AkibaBlue Season Tsu.

Also, all Bluefin releases omit any Akibaranger pieces, so make sure to get the Japanese releases.
