Outside of my silly suggestions before, my dream team of 3 riders would probably be: Blade, W and IXA(Otoya).

Alright. I think I came up with a new decent set of Riders, and reasons beyond them all being Seconds like last time.

Kamen Rider OOO - Your powerhouse. He's there to beat people and make them submit, pure and simple.

Kamen Rider Kabuto - You speed fighter. Quick, agile, and his trolling. Which is a very under-appreciated superpower.

Kamen Rider Gaim - Your tactics man.

This all seemed well and good... But why is Gaim tactics? We don't know anything about his personality or anything like that, besides he'll jump through portals if children say "taskate" enough times.
