Those are both from October, which is before it was announced that Toei was filming new Legend War footage. All signs are still pointing towards them adapting the good post-Shinkenger show.

Yes, but Saban had filed the trademarks and everything, as you can see in the sources. Perhaps they might combine Goseiger and Gokaiger and come up with something new.

That'd be terrible. That would just ruin the Gokaiger adaptation. I don't want them to skip Goseiger, but if they're gonna make it, then I'd say make it under 20 episodes and have it finish by the end of this year.
