I was thinking of that too, until I saw the someone who had epic eyesight pointing out a point on the internet, the monster had yellow cloth pieces (really, take a good look) on its hand, while the random guy who bought a lockseed from the dealer wore yellow clothes........

Even if it's Gen Urobuchi, I highly doubt that Toei would allow something like that to happen in Kamen Rider. KID'S SHOW, EVERYONE.
