Oh, dear, that closed mode looks terrible. I'm surprised about the keypad. That was a fun feature that I hadn't even considered would be cut. I wonder how it has "more sounds then the BOJ" like they claim when it sounds like it has just as many sounds for the keys (2 each) and less sounds due to the keypad, I mean the Mobirates had lots (about 50?) secret sounds effects from different keypad combinations. Will be interesting to see if there's some secrets to it, because its a big disappointment right now.

The Mobirates is my favourite morpher ever and I love it and, unlike the Gosei Morpher V Tensouder, it looks like the BOJ is still far not top, but I may get a Legendary Morpher just to try out.

It would appear that it does contain the same sound phrases that the Gosei Morpher has, as it is the same voice saying "RED MIGHTY MORPHIN" and such.

Really? I'd assumed they'd at least record some new voice over for those sounds.

Turned out better than I thought it would. I don't really need it since I have a Mobirates but I like the variety of sounds in it.

If the sounds are recycled, then pass. All kinds of pass. It's tiny, ugly, and I wasn't super mega fond of the sounds in the Gosei Morpher anyway. I wish the keys weren't so different. I'll probably skip those too.

BoJ is taking so much of my money, it would be unwise to give any to to BoA because then I'd probably go into debt.

Edit: Wow the key bits look cheap. I didn't notice that pic before. Also, recycled voice seems to be apparent.

Sigh.. I put off buying Ranger keys for Japanese mobirates because I thought the US version would be the same size as the Japanese. Looks like I may have to get rest of the ranger keys from Imports.

Really disappointed that they recycled the sounds. Looks like this is a pass for me.

What did ya guys expect? It makes sense that the sounds are recycled, it's still the same show and it's definitely cost effective. This is nothing more than what was promised, a cheaper alternative to the same season the US has.

Not on the inside.The sticker on the inside of the American keys has more to it.They kind of made it look like a computer chip,where as the original just has the logo.
