Yeah, you don't need a ditto or a Rufflet, just make sure your Ruflett is female, and the female is what will hatch.

Especially when you pronounce it using the L/R thing that Japanese is known for. It sounds like your pronouncing vagina with an "ermahgerd" voice.

Well, you'd technically be mispronouncing it if you said it like "vagina."
Since the second word is based on "Regina", then it would be a long e sound for the i, making it sound like you're saying Virginia with the 'ermagerd' voice.
