Not strictly Toku, but who cares! It's Sailor Moon....and Ryugen! I enjoyed taking these.

bonus!! in the picture in front of the books, above Ryugen's knee, it says Gaim!! Didn't plan it, but how perfect.

He transforms by basically standing on his arms and his legs becoming new arms. You tunr him upside down. It's actually really smooth and creative.
