I think Gardevoir is the better choice. Fairy is a great typing.

Depends on what you want to use and how you want your team to operate.

Mostly defensive with Gardevoir as an attacker.

If it's a defensive team you're looking to build, then you might want to invest in Pokemon who can use the following attacks:
Stealth Rock Sticky Web Will O Wisp If the central Pokemon is going to be Gardevoir, then you have to make sure your team properly supports it. Sticky Web helps cover Gardevoir's mediocre speed, and burn cuts physical attack, covering Gardevoir's worst defensive stat, and Stealth Rock deals a big chunk to the Pokemon immune to both Sticky Web and Will O Wisp (Fire/Flyings, like Talonflame). Note that you don't need to run those specific attacks, and you can choose to run specific counters instead (Notably because Sticky Web has a very few amount of Pokemon who can learn it), but you're going to most definitely need a hard counter to the currently everpresent Talonflame, such as a bulky Water or Rock.

I know the game counted that last match as a win for you, but i'm just gonna consider that a tie because both our teams got knocked out.

![]() Anyway, fun fact. I swapped in Freedom as death fodder so Feather could come in safely, but made a mistake and sent out Vulcan again. Whoops ![]()
