Its not really out of the ordinary. There was a Smith one in Tennant's clothes when End of Time came out as well.

Found some more stuff from Toyfair. Looks like the classics might be switching to 3.75" with this so called "heritage" line That Asylum Dalek is mighty pretty though, even if its from my least favourite Dalek story ever.
