But for this thread. I was thinking about creating a rider that is "based on an original series"

Pretty much this. Just go there and create your own or see what us writers do with the series.

Hissatsu Waza: Yajuro grabs the target by the neck and chokes them while King basically beats the crap out of them.

Story: King's father was an ex-soldier who had barely survived a war in the past. However, as a result, he suffers dramatically from PTSD. When King's father returned from war, he was not the same man as when he first left. Seeing how his father's condition had torn his family apart, King sought to put an end to war, no matter the cost.

Shiro Kanzaki saw this strong desire in him and gave him the King Advent Deck, seeking to turn this desire against him, thus making King a living contradiction.

King has the same goal as both Ryuki and Raia, however his methods greatly differ. King planned on playing along with the Rider War, destroying each and every Rider until he was the only one left, however, his final wish would have been to revive all of the fallen Riders, without their powers and any knowledge of their participation in the war. This would effectively end the Rider War according to the 'rules', but technically speaking no lives would be lost. King also sought to destroy Shiro Kanzaki and steal the Odin Advent Deck. With this power, he planned on scaring nations all across the globe into uniting with each other against a common enemy; himself.
