as soon as I get another 2DS I'm gonna need you guys to give me your friend codes, also I'm eventually gonna be finished with the National Dex. I gave someone my low leveled Buizel for a Lv. 100 Alakazam, I was like what the hell is wrong with this person I think the Buizel was Lv. 23

No problem!

And my Nat Dex is only 3 Pokemon short. Togetic, Leavanny (Two happiness evolutions who refuse to like me ) and Sewaddle (Who I'm holding off on breeding).

If that was via Wonder Trade, you have to remember that random is as random does. They had no idea what they were receiving in return, so they had already resolved that they didn't want that Alakazam anymore.
