Yeah, according to silhouettes in a previous toy scan there's another form after this.

The last form is obviously going to be full-on shogun seeing as how each of Gaim's forms are all different types of Samurai armor (Orange Arms being a traditional samurai, the Jimba Arms being archers, etc). I believe the henshin sound for his final form even use the word "Shogun" in it.
