Actually Disney were forced to tone down the contact violence which is why later seasons were much more special effects heavy compared to the Power Ranger roots. I know all this seems silly to us, but us the fandom are a VERY different kettle of fish to the soccer Mums. I personally DO think they'll have issue with evil statue of liberty and a woman with a gimpmask for a face.

If they actually catch the gimp mask on Candirilla, then they're either actively looking for something to complain about, or they have way too damn much time on their hands to notice something like that.

I dunno how anyone misses Candy's gimp mask, it was the first thing that I - and many - noticed. And if we all notice it...

A tiny spec of silver at the corner of Candi's mouth is hardly a hassle to take care of through editing, all things considered.

I don't think anyone had a issue with Rita's cone tits in MMPR. I don't think Candy's gimp mask is going to be a huge issue.

I'm always amazed they got away with that, same with Divatox's cleavage but then the 90s was a very different time for children's TV back then. People could actually die on screen, and bleed. Even a ripped shirt is pushing it in modern western kids TV. Shit sucks.

I dunno, I've seen live action kids comedy shows get away with than they ever would on the current Power Rangers.
