Yeah those two will neeeever happen. Hell I'd not even expect a the younger Naruto either. This is what he looks like now. It's what is more likely to sell.

Only other character to expect should be Sasuke. If Naruto sells well, but the anime Figuarts never do...

But with Bluefin's price revealed, guess I will try for AmiAmi first.

I don't expect ANY pre-Shippuden characters to be made into SH Figuarts, I'm definitely hoping for a Kakashi Hatake & DAMN I'd KILL for a Six Paths of Pain SH Figuarts Set with each one getting a 2-pack, that'd be kickass .
