Can't use all the smilys

I know you guys get a lots of posts like these but for some reason I can't get smiles other than what you see when you click the link. It won't let me go down from "EEK!", can someone help me out on this?

EDIT: Still? Come on guys, I want to use my smiles again.

What browser are you using? I'm on Google Chrome and it works fine.

Basic Internet Explorer. For some reason I'm not getting a grey bar allowing me to scroll down to get the other smiles.

I'm not happy about this and I can't update my brower just yet.

Do you happen to know which version of IE? Like 5, 6, 7, etc. ?

The version I'm using was adding in mid 2013. It shouldn't be causing the smily problem.

EDIT: Now Youtube videos here won't load for me. For some reason every time I try to play one it goes to an error screen. WTH Tokunation? Are you trying to drive me away, because it seems like it's working.
