When Flutterbitch made her cry by saying what amounted to "your entire livelihood is a waste of time and your stupid for it," that was horrifying. Though here, a client says "You made a mistake. This puppet stage is far too small for me to use," and she has a mental breakdown of self-pity and Rocky Road.

Something seems off with Rarity's grasp on criticism and how it differs from verbal assault.
