Yeah honestly even though it will probably cause lawsuits across the US, Candie's gimp attire and the revolver morphers will all probably remain intact just so Saban don't have to actually raise a finger to put effort into their series. They just dub sentai footage these days, and maybe we get to see an actor during the credits if we're lucky.

I honestly doubt a single soul will raise a fuss about Candi's design. The only part that outwardly screams "Gimp" is the zipper on her mask, and if they keep scenes with her brief, it's fairly unlikely for the kind of person who would get angry over it to even notice.

Maybe, I dunno. Some of the more dramatic censoring like Necrolai's and Camille's designs were done under Disney, who also gave us Tenaya 7. So who the fuck knows at this point, I just know as a whole Power Rangers has censored less.

You're getting confused bro, Mele was the one with the nipples that Disney removed for Camille, Vancuria was the one with the underboob which Disney shaded out for Necrolai.
