New info for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is out!


Diance gets a mega. We all knew the other two Hoenn starters were going to get megas. Mega Sceptile will be a grass/dragon with the ability lightning rod and mega Swampert will stay the same type but with the ability swift swim.

Groudon & Kyogre's new "Mega Evolutions" are known as Atom Groudon & Atom Kyogre and are said to be a regression.

Steven Stone returns and also appears to have a Mega Charizard X and is after the secret for Mega Evolution
Both the Mach and Acro Bike make a return in this game and Team Aqua & Team Magma both return as well. Team Magma is lead once again by Maxie, and his Admins: Homura & Kagari. Team Aqua is lead by Archie and his admins Ushio and Izumi. Like the originals the team you face varies depending upon the game. The Mega Evolution activating item in this game is the Mega Bangle

Good news for all you Trainers who missed out on the Torchic Event!

But since I didn't and I love my Blaziken, I don't know what I'll take this time around! Do I pick what I know? Do I champion what the internet "lieks" which happens to bear my favorite type in the final evolution? Or do I take the grassy dragon with an electric immunity?

Diancie gets a Mega Evolution? That seems like such a waste... It's a Legendary, an event Pokémon, and not even available yet. Not a fan of that.

All of the Hoenn starters though? Yeah, that is awesome. I'm definitely a fan of Sceptile and its typing. It looks badass too. Swampert looks like it became a freaking tank, so I definitely want to see how its stats change.

Kyogre and Groudon forms... "Regression," huh? That doesn't exactly make sense at all to me. Need to know more.

I don't know what to do for a starter... I'm still traditionally pro-Fire, but I loved my run with Treeko in Sapphire and its Mega looks to be the best... Plus I've already raised a really good Blaziken anyways, so it'd be pretty repetitive.
