As I can see that was a hard one, that monster was from Sun vulcan.
I have to remind people about that I am not taking monsters from sentai shows who had not been subbed, but are also taking those who are on-going projects like bioman from GUIS

It is from Hurricanger!!
This monster is named Kangaruretto The Disaster Ninja and appered in episode 20.
About the hint: Hideaki Takatori and his little helper Hironobu Kageyama sang the Hurricanger opening and sonic theme which is called "sonic drive"
