Are the rider novels canon like ooo novel

Hard to say they are officially "canon". But a good number of them start from where the TV shows left off. Blade for instance tells the story of Kazuma/Blade 3 centuries later where the world has become something on par with the Fallout games and Mad Max if my memory is correct.

I will like to read a comic than a novel because the novel usualy without image and it will make me getting borred !

Can these novels be obtained in English, or do you need to know Japanese to read them?

To my knowledge they are only available physically in Japanese. I think some of them may have been translated as files to download, but I'm not entirely sure.
