			I wouldn't call it an issue, so much as a precaution. If they'd painted it green, then the paint would run the risk of flaking off. I've heard of people having the metallic green paint flake off of the body itself, so with the added risk of motion, it'd just end up being an unnecessary cost.

			It's a re-release of the main form of one the most popular Rider shows since forever.  Surely they could afford to change the color of plastic on a few parts.

			It's a re-issue, not a re-release. It's exactly the same figure they released before.  I agree that he could have used a new head mould, better paint job and fixed joints.. but it's not a huge deal.  A completely new figure would have slowed down the release of more important figures who haven't been released at all yet.
