(I guess this qualifies as American Toku, so what the hell...)

Does anyone here remember the 1997 movie Warriors of Virtue? From what I know, it was a critical and box office disaster. What's funny is that here in Manila, most of the Toys "R" Us branches still had the action figures for just above $1 mint on card.

I love this movie. There I said it. Have all of the figures, saw it opening night at the theater... Just really loved the mix of old school fantasy (ala Dark Crystal) and martial arts. I think this one is underrated....

I vaguely remember this movie! Loved it back then, but I more or less forgot about it until now. I wonder why it got such horrible reviews?
