Saban's Masked Rider

Back in March I saw the 3 episodes of MMPR that Masked Rider was in, and it got me thinking if I wanted to see the show. Now that we are in 2012 the thought has come back in my head. What is your opinion on Masked Rider and was it really that bad as they say? Or is it worth the laughs of how bad it can be?

Even as a child, I could tell that the Japanese source material was pretty interesting. However, the American sequences are close to unbearable. Every single character is annoying.

Don't bother, stupid stories, useless/annoying characters, bad acting, and horrible editing.

It practically a tragedy that they used Balck RX suit for that show.

I still don't understand why Nigou and Riderman were left out when the Riders were introducing themselves. Especially when Nigou was just there standing next to Ichigou in the previous shot, and you see them in all the other footage. Would including them have hurt the children's brains or something?

The only positive I could give to this show was

A.) bringing some Kamen Rider toys to the U.S.

B.) Seeing him team up with the Power Rangers was pretty cool...
