IIRC Kagome and Lum were released as Anniversary figures for Rumiko rather then intended to start Inuyasha and Urusei Yatsura lines.

For fellow Love Live fans. Umi and Kotori were shown at Tamashii Nations, too.

If Bandai/Tamashii's going to start releasing stuff that GSC already has covered or will cover as Figmas, I'd love to see them go after the Ghost in the Shell license and release additional figures of the rest of Section 9. I'd buy them from whomever but don't have much faith that GSC will get to much of the rest of the S9 cast.

That explains why nothing else came of them.

It was cut from the anime (in which it was changed to a single-sided schoolgirl crush) but the manga featured a 10 year-old and her adult teacher mutually in love with each other. The writers (CLAMP) have a "love holds no barriers" ideology, including adults in love with young children. I guess if you want more information then Google-Fu it and read more about it and CLAMP's rather dangerous opinion. Those Japanese..... *joins the bros* Oh man, that'd just break the universe. |

Can you imagine having the Ronin Warriors, Sailor Scouts, and Z Fighters all in scale with each other and with not-shitty articulation and screen-accurate designs? Everyone who grew up on Toonami's, and by extension, anime's, breakout lineup would be in the poorhouse in a matter of seconds. But the shelf-based shipping wars would be spectacular.
