Ehhh, it was fairly good. The side characters were... well, Shona's the only one I can name you from the three, and she and Santa were good. Especially with Nick Frost playing him. The Brain Crabs, despite being a total ripoff of Alien (just because you admit you're ripping off stuff doesn't make it better...) were a threatening villain, and the ending... That would have been a great way to end Clara's story. Her and the Doctor finally coming back together and admitting how they lied to each other. And then Moffat ruins it all by making it another dream. I'd like to sledgehammer him in the face for that, but at least we have Clara back next series. I've grown to like her since Series 7. I'd give it a 6/10- not the best, but better than The Doctor, the Widow and The Wardrobe.

I don't want to watch a world where Osgood dies yet Clara is allowed to stay. Not that I'll stop watching. I just want to bitch about it.

Season 6: The War Games I have to say, this holds up very well. It really doesn't feel like it drags, even if it's ten parts long. The part where Jamie and Zoe leave, though, is sad as anything modern Who can produce. I give this episode 8/10 |

				 | Quote: Anyway, another wondeful Xmas special. Nick Frost was fantastic as Santa, but it was the episode's references and homages to Alien that really made it kick ass. So this is what happens if you combine Ridley Scott and Christopher Nolan. Glad to hear Clara will remain as they did a fantastic job with her this season. They turned him from being my most hated companion into a top notch one. I hope the fantastic writing team from this season sticks around for the next. |

Mathison sure, but I hope no one ever contacts Frank Cotrell Boyce to write for Who ever again.
