SD upscales are still going to look superior on BD than DVD. Plus, even the DVDs Toei released are looking dated. Not to mention they are region coded. Just look at Sailor Moon, Cowboy Bebop, Doctor Who, etc. They all look vastly better on BD upscaled to 1080P than they do on a DVD that is 480P.
