but considering it and the other movie riders from the 90s are Ishinomori originals, they're considered showa.

Yes Shin is technichally a Heisei, and I consider him as such because of release. But I figured I'd state what is commonly considered the timeline, even if it's stupid that Shin, ZO, and J are considered Showa even though they are in fact Heisei.

But that's KR, this is a Sentai topic. So let's move on.
