Is it me...or did these look better when they were showing off the prototypes at events before?

Also, why is Billy blonde haired and his weapon rusty?

Will these ever be available in Canada? I don't think I've ever seen any stores/shops carry those Pop! figures except for maybe specific hobby shops.

These aren't Pop! figures, they're a different line.

So do these come with an unmasked head or are those chase figures? Also, I realize they are just reusing the mold but Yellow has a skirt. Now it needs a Luka head.
