We dont know what gender Luckyuro has. The Voice Actress that plays Luckyuro is also known for voicing boy characters. There was an episode where OT subbed a line that was referring to Luckyuro with "she" but the term they translated is used for both genders.

So yeah until we get an official word we dont know for sure.
