Wouldnt really say that the blues were the smart ones. Noah for sure but Kevin was more the uptight rule follower and less the smart guy of the team.

You're right. Another blue ranger that wasn't necessarily smart and more of the jokester was Max Cooper from Wild Force.

Flynn in RPm was also more the jokester. Not as quite as Ziggy but I wouldnt call him the smart one even with his position as the teams mechanic.

Almost forgot about Flynn. Yeah he was somewhat of a jokester. Also... don't ever... mention "you-know-who" around me. Really hated Ziggy. He was such a poor character.
