Seems like it, one line with LEDs, and the other one without. Hence the cheaper price.

Well, we know that one of the gashapon lines lights up for certain. The candy toys are 399 yen, so unless the difference between having an LED is 1 yen, then we can assume that the 300 yen gashapon line is the only one that won't light up.
