But I thought that wave 1 was the 5, plus Fury and Vivix, with MZ added in wave 2. That would mean that waves 3 and 4 would be just the same figures shuffled around with nothing actually new.

Like I said, unsure of the packing. So yeah, same stuff just shuffled around.
