I picked up a rather cheap 2nd Crystal Skull on Mandarake, so I can display both forms at once, and to fill out the order I grabbed G Den-O, who was only 1500 yen.


Of the hundreds of Figuarts I've purchased on Mandarake, these are the most used feeling. The figures were dusty, and I could tell which hands had been on Skull, by how gray two of them were, compared to the others being black.
And Skull's hat had stuck to the Crystal Skull head and chipped some of the paint.
And yes, in part, I bought a 2nd Skull with a mind towards a future gallery.

How are the hips on the Skull Crystal though? Mine have some annoying issue where one (the right, I think) is perpetually stuck down. Something inside there forces it down and it can't be pushed all the way up into the crotch. Makes posing him a pain.

My original Skull has pretty good joints, the ones on this new one are a little looser, but nothing horribly wrong, like yours sounds like it is. :/
