I say just have a morphing device or a wrist morpher.

plus, phones also haven't been really done to death. used quite a bit yes, but only 1 of the past 5 sentais have used them.

Hmm... it's a hard decision between ring and belt... but I guess ring would be an interesting henshin device. So my vote goes to ring.
