Guys SAL is cheap for a reason

It's a fraction of EMS cost but you have to be pretty patient with it. I also placed an order on 9/11 and it just got processed through the Chicago sort facility today. It does take right around 2-3 weeks to deliver SAL.

Sword Form is a glorious figure. TheBee is a nice enough figure but it's main 2 users are total dicks so I can't bring myself to buy it

Oh yeah I know. I'm not complaining if that's what it seems like

I'm just saying that I'm going to use EMS/DHL from now on. I used to only do EMS no matter what as I'm a fairly impatient guy but I decided to use SAL to see if it was that much of a difference. My biggest issue isn't the time it takes to get from Japan to the US (of my five Mandarake orders, 4 got to the US from 1-7 business days which is great!), it's the time it takes to get from customs to me. Hopefully I get a box or two tomorrow!

As for TheBee I totally agree on the two jerks who play him. I don't know if I can own a figure of someone like them either!

Yeah I'm used to the SAL wait but this one was particularly galling because the tracking had it leaving japan then nothing for like two weeks. Yesterday it finally updated to say it hit customs on the 21st and then it arrived today. Usually it hits customs in the tracking after like a week then arrives some days(or weeks) later. I was worried for a week that it might have been lost because of the lack of updates after it left Japan.

I only bother with SAL with Mandarake generally, since I'm usually buying damaged box items anyway. I always go with EMS from Amiami and EMS or Fed Ex from HLJ, depending on which is cheaper.

Okay, so I bought a blindpacked Rider Collection mini-figurine.

I was hoping to get TaToBa or Ankh (Complete), but instead, I opened it and saw some white, thinking I was gonna get Fourze or Nadeshiko.

Instead,

I pulled out the Eiji Greeed! So awesome! ^_^. Also got a mini Gold Kintaros from the Rider World minifig series. Lol, a "Kin" Kintaros :P Not sure if I wanna keep Kintaros though
