with the cannons And a few comparison pics Close up of the modded head. To solve the issue of the fins, instead of making a little cover piece, I simply sliced off the fins at their base and turned the little peg around so you have a nice rounded surface - fits like a glove and looks great. The only downside to not having fins there is that the megazord head stands out a bit more in Dino mode. |

Of course it can combine! Unlike Oviraptor, I didn't paint any if the clips or attachment points. Since making Oviraptor, I think I have figured out a way to prevent paint flaking on the clips to insert into the arm ports - it involves sanding down those clips a little, then sealing the paint with superglue. Worked well on a test trial |

More progress on Futabasaurus - connected the custom parts to the jaw bits from Plesiosaurus. Check out the chompy-chomp action here: https://www.facebook.com/zordbuilder...9013468469383/

Thanks Shinken Red. And with that, I present Fukuiraptor! Finished Fukuiraptor! The raptor pack gained another member! Comparison time! I used the red raptor for the base and only added the silver on the legs. I may go back and add the black over the shoulders like I did on the raptor zord. More pics (combos, etc) forthcoming |
