Yeah but aside from Ninninger we hadn't had anything like that since Magiranger I think and they wer're OK at best(Shinobimaru UFOmaru and Suffermaru were decent but Rodeomaru , Paomaru and Dinomaru SUCKED IMO)which sucks IMO cause humanoid mecha(NOT A VEHICLE/ANIMAL MECH TURNING INTO ONE) are awesome

No no, I mean brand new. Cb1 wanted the mecha to be like the Shogunzords from YEARS ago.

For now I think either they go retro and go the way of mid 80s sentai for tribute reasons with futuristic jets and tanks or do something like Shinkenger or Ninninger and have the motifs not necessarily match the robots so say they are based off planets but have the robots be constellation animals or whatnot.

I could get behind the mecha being constallation animals. Maybe with an alt combiner mode that becomes like 2 smaller vehicles, then the big robot.
